Description

This is a three-session series that runs weekly on Wednesdays from June 25- July 9. Practicing yoga during a time of grief can be a powerful and gentle way to support emotional healing. Grief—whether from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a major life change—affects the body and mind deeply. Yoga can help by providing space to process, release, and find moments of peace.
