Description
This two-hour workshop will explore gentle yoga movements that support hip health. Yoga can increase hip and lower body mobility, help manage hip and lower back pain, and relieve muscle tension. Yoga props such as blocks, straps, and blankets will be provided to ensure that postures are accessible to all participants. The class will include floor work. Participants will need to move from floor postures and back to standing without assistance.
