Yoga for shoulder health and mobility
Description
This two-hour workshop will explore gentle yoga movements that support shoulder health. Yoga can increase shoulder mobility, help manage shoulder and upper back pain, and relieve muscle tension. Yoga props such as blocks, straps, and blankets will be provided to ensure that postures are accessible to all participants. The class will include floor work. Participants will need to move from floor postures and back to standing without assistance.
