Beginner's meditation Series
Begins January 31, 2026
Description
🌿 Facilitator Guide: Three Part Meditation Series A beginner’s mind exploration of breath, the gunas, and diverse meditation practices Each session is 2 hours and blends teaching, guided practice, reflection, and group discussion. The tone throughout is gentle, curious, and invitational — emphasizing experience over performance. This three part meditation series invites you to explore meditation through curiosity, presence, and embodied experience. Each session blends gentle teaching, breathwork, guided practices, and reflection to help you understand how meditation works in your body and mind. You’ll learn about the yogic gunas — tamas, rajas, and sattva — and how recognizing these qualities in yourself can guide you toward the practices that support you best. Across the series, you’ll try a wide range of meditation styles so you can build a personal toolkit that feels adaptable, intuitive, and nourishing.
