This retreat offers a refreshing pause — a chance to cool the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with a sense of ease. We’ll begin with a vibrant, cooling tea ritual featuring hibiscus, peppermint, and cinnamon, a blend crafted to hydrate, soothe, and gently energize. As you sip, you’ll be guided through opening journaling to explore where you can invite more coolness and ease into your life this season. From there, you’ll move into a cooling yoga and pranayama practice, designed to release heat, soften tension, and support the body’s natural balance. A teaching and discussion circle follows, where we explore summer energetics, hydration rituals, and simple practices for staying steady and centered in warmer months. Our hands‑on craft session invites you to create your own cooling herbal body spray, infused with refreshing botanicals you can use all summer long. After a nourishing snack break, we’ll settle into a deeply restorative yoga and breathwork practice, offering the body a chance to unwind and the mind a moment of quiet.
