Eight Session Chair Yoga Series for current Westminster Woods residents. Wednesdays • March 4 – May 6 Westminster Woods Fitness Center YOU MUST BE CURRENT RESIDENT AT WESTMINSTER WOODS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SERIES. This series is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady, supportive, and kind. Each week we’ll explore gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and simple practices that help create ease in the joints, spaciousness in the spine, and a sense of calm in the nervous system. Chair yoga is accessible to all bodies and all levels of mobility. You are welcome exactly as you are. Our time together will unfold over eight sessions across ten weeks, with two planned pauses to honor community events and natural rhythms. Session Dates: • March 4 – 10:30 a.m. • March 11 – 11:30 a.m. • March 18 – 10:30 a.m. • March 25 – 10:30 a.m. • April 1 – 10:30 a.m. • April 8 – 11:30 a.m. • April 29 – 10:30 a.m. • May 6 – 10:30 a.m. No classes on April 15 or April 22. This series is offered as a non refundable, eight session package. To keep the container steady for everyone, make up classes are not available for sessions participants are unable to attend. If a class needs to be canceled due to weather or instructor illness, a rescheduled date will be provided. Please complete your registration and waiver by March 3 so we can begin together on March 4. YOU MUST BE CURRENT RESIDENT AT WESTMINSTER WOODS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SERIES.
